How seating plans work

How can exam seating be arranged?+
Add or import students, configure each room, choose a separation strategy, then generate. The tool fills usable seats by room priority and reports any constraint it could not satisfy.
How do you separate students during exams?+
Use alternate roll numbers, department mixing, subject mixing, batch mixing, or the custom separation field. You can also request one empty seat between candidates where capacity permits.
Can I import students from Excel?+
Yes. CSV and XLSX files are read directly in your browser. Common columns such as Student Name, Roll Number, Department, Subject, Course, Semester, Exam and Batch are recognised.
Is student data uploaded?+
No. Student data, uploaded files, room settings and generated assignments remain in your browser. Nothing is sent to Livinnza.
